937 Condominiums is a 16 story luxury condo project in the heart of Portlands Pearl District. The project consisted of 114 condo units, including but not limited to the full customization of the 16th floor penthouse for a private owner. This penthouse unit included key elements such as a custom stainless steel hot tub with waterfall back splash set on the balcony behind custom full height sliding glass doors that disappeared to provide an open feel from the balcony into the living space. Custom casework throughout including an 8' foot gas fireplace, multiple built-in flat screen televisions, etc.
